Shipping policy


Who fulfils your order

All orders are picked, packed, and shipped by OPAL.

Preorders (read this first)

  • What is a preorder? You’re reserving a unit that is still in production.

  • Dispatch timing: Preorders are dispatched within 60 days of purchase.

  • Current batch: Orders placed 10 September–30 September 2025 are planned to dispatch from mid-October 2025.

  • Heads-up: Dates are estimates. Actual delivery may differ due to production or carrier delays.

  • Payment: Your payment is taken at checkout to secure your spot in the batch. You may cancel anytime before your order ships for a full refund.

In-stock items

In-stock items ship within 1–3 business days unless stated otherwise on the product page.

Shipping confirmation

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Split shipments

If your order contains both in-stock items and preorders, we may ship items separately at our discretion so you can start using what’s ready sooner.

Address accuracy

Please enter your shipping address correctly at checkout. We aren’t responsible for orders lost or delayed due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
